The laptop is great but after couple hours of using it, I noticed that the wireless mouse isn't working. I have replaced the battery and tried it on other laptops and nothing worked. Hello, I've not long since upgraded to Windows 10 and everything was working fine at first.Now the touchpad doesn't work at all and the laptop isn't recognising my mouse when I plug it in.
