14/2/2016 · i have an acer aspire one d150-1165 dual booted with windows 7 and linux lite 2.6. i can use wireless on win7 but not when booted in linux lite. linux lite will run on ethernet 10/100 cat5 just fine, but i have NEVER been able to get a linux distro of any kind to run the wireless card except easypeasy and it is much defunct these days.

Acer Aspire One is a line of netbooks first released in July 2008 by Acer Inc. Many characteristics of a particular model of Acer Aspire One are dictated by the CPU platform chosen. Initial models were based on the Intel Atoms. Later, models with various AMD chips were introduced. Newer versions of the Atom were adopted as well.
